About the team
Our team of Collections Associates are great to work with and we have an awesome management team of professionals who are there to help guide you to success. We believe our clients are the most important aspect of our business. What you will be doing
We are a busy, fast paced contact center who helps clients establish payment arrangements and takes payments for rendered medical services. As a Collections Associate you will take inbound/outbound calls in an auto dialer environment. Collections Associates handle both First and Third-Party collections, while maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
Negotiate payment arrangements and collect on past due accounts
Responsible for account research, including skip tracing, through the use of online credit bureaus
Follow basic call flow and handling procedures while using phone skills and techniques learned during training
Adhere to all departmental procedures and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
High school diploma or GED
2 years call center experience in collections or customer service related position
A desire to learn the business
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent customer service and telephone skills
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) regulations
Skip tracing experience
Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
