The Supervisor - Nursing Service will be responsible for scheduling of nurses to ensure all clinical areas of the clinic are covered. Responsible for interviewing prospective nurses. This position will also be in charge of new nurse orientation. In addition, the Nurse Supervisor is responsible to keep all nursing, lab and x-ray personnel apprised of licensing issues, conducts monthly nursing meetings for educational purposes. We'll Support You at Work and Home
- Successful completion from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Arkansas license as a registered nurse or licensed professional nurse
- Strong organizational skills Strong written or oral communication skills. Ability to multitask. Must possess leadership qualities. Computer skills mandatory.
- Preferred Experience: Prefer two years experience in general nursing field.
