Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of a provider practice. Provides leadership, directly, growth, and administration of operations to ensure accomplishment of objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent
Supervisory, management, and/or medical office experience
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decisionmaking. Skill in developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, board, clients, regulators, public. Skill in organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectives. Ability to analyze and interpret complex data. Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports. Ability to monitor quality control standards. Ability to communicate clearly Knowledge of healthcare administration and clinic philosophy and policies and operating procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management systems and techniques. Knowledge of human resource management practices including supervision and staff growth development. Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements. Knowledge of computer, systems, and applications. Knowledge of business logic of physician practices specific to particular clinic. Ability to evaluate and grow product line.
